Service Redo Policy:
We strive to offer our guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If your having challenges with your cut or color let us know within 7 days of your visit and we're happy to correct the issue with no additional change
Future appointment cancellation policy
We require at least 36 hr. notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment or a cancellation fee of half of the services scheduled for will be charged.
Bloom Studio Salon strives to always be on time for our guest. If we are running significantly behind, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. The only way we can ensure our punctuality is if each guest in our salon arrives on time for their appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to refuse services or alter services so it doesn't effect the following scheduled appointments.
All products and services are non-refundable.
We will exchange product within 1 week of purchase, with proof of purchase. We will replace any damaged product( pump failure ect.) with proof of purchased if returned before 14 days and as long as item is not expired. If your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued as exchange for product only or store credit towards product only.
Confirmation Text and Emails
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. You will receive an email or text message to confirm your service appointment date and time. You will receive a reminder 72 hours before and 48 hours before, to give you plenty of time to notify if you need to cancel/reschedule.
If you have been sick in the last 48 hrs. please contact your stylists soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to get your appointment scheduled in a timely manner. Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick or if anyone in your house hold has the flu/ lice.
We LOVE our community and are happy to support as often as we can. We are happy to hear about any opportunities.
We want to meet all your friends and family ! Please ask your stylist about their referral and rewards program.
I reserve your appointment times especially for you and the services you need. Please understand that when you reschedule or cancel without the required notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on the waiting list miss the opportunity to get in for an appointment.
